About This City
Wellington is the capital city of New Zealand. It is built between steep hills and an impressive, naturally deep harbour at the southern tip of the North Island which is in turn, seperated from the South Island by the Cook Strait. Wellington is a cafe city and it is rumoured to have more cafes per head of population than New York and London. There is a great blend of museums, galleries and entertainment (resturants and shows) No matter what your preference, you will nearly always find something that matches. For further information about Wellington, I suggest you have a look here. Take the time to have a look around the site and learn not only about Wellington, but also the rest of New Zealand!
About This Website
I put this site together as I am a keen sailor and this has led to an interest in what the weather is doing. The location of this station is just a few kilometers to the north of Wellington airport, so if you are a frequent traveller wanting to know how the airport lives, then you may want to bookmark it and come back regulalry.
